  • Boat launching and recovery

  • Rope work, knots, bends
  • Preparation for sea / check list

Day 2 (PRACTICAL) – Time 08:00 – 12:00

  • Familiarization with sailboat parts and sails
  • Rope work, knots, bends
  • Sailboat preparation including safety checks
  • Performing basic checks on the engines
  • Operating navigation system on board
  • Sailboat handling under power
  • Sailing Maneuvers

Day 3 (PRACTICAL) – Time 08:00 – 12:00

  • Departing the dock
  • Sailing Maneuvers
  • Steering by compass
  • Docking & undocking
  • Man Overboard procedure
  • Anchoring
